Where do you ship?

Right now we ship within the United States only. Shipping cost and delivery estimate are shown at checkout.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are processed within 5 business days. We do not ship on Sundays or US holidays. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your location.

Can I return something?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date if the item is unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging. The customer pays return shipping. Items priced under $10 and Private Sale items are final sale. See the full return policy.

Which items are final sale?

Anything priced under $10, and every Private Sale piece. They are marked "Final sale" on the product page.

My item arrived damaged, defective or is not what I ordered.

We cover it. Email us photos and your order number within 14 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. This applies to final sale items too.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and checked, your refund goes to the original payment method. Your bank sets how quickly it posts.

What is the Private Sale?

One-of-a-kind pieces, each available once. Anyone can browse; you sign in to your account to buy. Visit the Private Sale.
