Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date on eligible items. To be eligible, an item must be unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. The customer pays return shipping. Please contact us first to start a return and get the return address.

Final sale

• Items priced under $10 are final sale. No returns or refunds.
• Private Sale (resale, one-of-a-kind) items and digital downloads are final sale.

Final sale items are marked "Final sale" on the product page.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we cover it, including final sale items. Email us photos within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and we will send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank sets how quickly it posts.
